A young cook , but with over ten years experience in hotel and restaurant , which has developed his work and training in Bilbao, Barcelona, Madrid and London. What gives an international and modern touch to his cooking style.

The invaluable help in kitchen and dining room and international public relations (as well as local ones) of his indefatigable and young wife.

The advice and occasional help from an excellent female-cook, an expert in traditional Basque and Spanish home cusine with a very special touch for cooking.

This combination wants to make this cozy restaurant a landmark where you can taste seasonal and good quality food, with particular emphasis on local products and the cuisine to the wild seasonal mushrooms. A restaurant which serves traditional but also modern cuisine and even some exotic dishes.
